If you cancel before the goal-setting meeting begins, any amounts paid will be refunded, minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider (if applicable). 2) Refund window (goal-setting meeting) You may request a full refund up until the end of the goal-setting meeting. After the goal-setting meeting ends, refunds are handled under the “After work begins” section below. 3) After work begins (no guaranteed refunds) Once work has started (including research, strategy development, campaign planning, content creation, ad account setup, or other production time), fees are generally non-refundable because time and resources have been committed. If you believe there is an issue with delivery, email us and we will review it promptly and propose a reasonable fix, revision plan, or service credit where appropriate. 4) Ongoing services / monthly services If you are on a recurring plan: You may cancel renewal by emailing us at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; prior charges remain non-refundable for work already performed during the billing period. 5) Deposits and payment plans If your service includes a deposit and/or payment plan: Deposits are due immediately to reserve time and begin preparation. Payment plans may be available (for example, weekly payments up to 1 month) as agreed in writing. If you stop paying mid-project, work may be paused until the account is current. Any completed work to date will be delivered as-is upon final payment. 6) Net terms / invoicing If your agreement includes net terms (for example, net 30), payment is due by the invoice due date. Late payments may pause work and/or delay delivery. 7) Chargebacks Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly.
